About Blendforge

Founder
Andrew Welch
I built Blendforge around a simple idea: people should be matched with work by what they can actually do, not by whether their resume contains the right keywords. Blendforge is a live workforce ecosystem that connects verified capabilities with real opportunities, removing the friction of traditional job boards.
For job seekers, the experience is free to use. A branching, gamified skill tree lets people log, track, and demonstrate their capabilities. Behind the scenes, our engine processes the top 100 industry jobs every 24 hours and maps live openings to verified skills, so matching is based on field-tested ability rather than resume text.
For employers, Blendforge brings a system-graded talent pool, workforce workflows, and integrated wellness tracking into one hub, with separate pipelines for each organization. As more people build their skill profiles, employers gain a richer pool of talent. Their subscriptions, managed through Stripe, support a growing ecosystem that stays free for seekers.
