Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Blendforge ("we") for use of BlendSkill Forge (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept them.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe. Give accurate information and do not share accounts.

2. What the Service is — and is not

The Service offers skill drills, capability maps, AI feedback and tools for employers, schools and care providers. It is not medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, financial or employment advice, and it does not diagnose or treat any condition. See our Disclaimers.

3. Institutional users

Employers, schools and care providers must use candidate, learner and client information only for lawful purposes, with any consent the law requires. Hiring decisions remain yours: scores and shortlists are aids, not decisions, and you are responsible for complying with employment and anti-discrimination law. Care providers remain responsible for their own clinical and legal duties.

4. Acceptable use

• No cheating verification drills, uploading false credentials, or impersonating others.
• No harassment, unlawful content, scraping, reverse engineering or attempts to break security.
• No use of the Service to make fully automated decisions with legal effects on people.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Employer ($249/month) and School ($199/month) plans renew monthly until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel anytime from Settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of what you submit. You give us a licence to store and process it only to run and improve the Service. AI features may send your text to third-party AI providers to generate feedback.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Blendforge is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes and contact
