Blendforge runs BlendSkill Forge. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Account details: name, email, password (stored encrypted) or Google sign-in.
- Activity: drills, scores, streaks, skill levels, pathways, focus-state switches and check-ins.
- Things you submit: CVs or experience text, drill answers, uploaded credentials, job applications.
- Billing: plan and subscription status. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see them.
- Basic technical data needed to keep the service secure.
How we use it
To run your skill map and drills, generate AI feedback, verify skills, operate employer, school and care features you join, process payments, and keep the Service secure. We do not sell your personal data or use it for advertising.
Who can see what
- Employers see candidates anonymously (verified skills and readiness) until you apply or accept an invite.
- Schools see progress for learners enrolled in their cohorts; focus-state trends are pooled and hidden until at least three people opt in.
- Care providers you join by invite see only drill completion stats, streaks, verified skills, state names and times. Your typed reflections, notes, feedback text and wellbeing logs stay private to you.
Service providers
We use trusted processors for hosting and database, AI text processing, and Stripe for payments. They process data only on our instructions.
Retention and your rights
We keep data while your account is open. In Settings you can download a copy of your data or permanently delete your account. Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or CCPA) you may also have rights to correct, restrict or object to processing. Contact us to exercise them.
Children
The Service is not for anyone under 16.
